Return & Refund Policy – Fluxaire

At Fluxaire, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to our return address.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed. The refund will be issued within 14 days after the parcel is received by Fluxaire. Refunds will be sent through the same payment method used during the purchase whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products returned after the allowed return period

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so our team can assist you quickly.
